About The Role At Rippling, Engineering is at the heart of our business and culture. We are looking for highly motivated upcoming or recent grads to join our software engineering teams. As a New Grad Engineer at Rippling, you will work on projects that impact the highest priorities of our technology and business, all while collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. You will build products and features that fulfill our mission; free smart people to work on hard problems! The Spend Growth Team is looking for a front end/full stack engineer with both front end and back end experience. This team is a part of the Spend Management organization which is a comprehensive finance platform that enables companies to automate, track, and manage their spend in one place, from reimbursing expenses, to issuing corporate cards, to paying bills. The Growth team is focused on how we scale from millions to billions of dollars in transactions per month. You’ll build features that make it easy for users to onboard, transact, and unlock the full value of our platform. The Spend Growth Team is looking for self-starters that want to take projects from end to end. If you have an interest in creating a financial tool that customers will be able to use, then this is the team for you! What You Will Do

• Develop high quality software with attention to detail
• Design, develop, code, and test software systems, improvements, products and user-facing experiences
• Work alongside software architects and senior developers doing state-of-the-art development work
• Contribute to product design and implementation discussions
• Find and build unique solutions to implement projects from the idea phase to production
• Connect with peers, new teammates, and colleagues from across the business
• Become the in-house expert on Rippling customers and competition

What You Will Need

• You will be graduating in 2025 or recently graduated with a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, or related fields
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and systems architecture
• Familiarity with the following programming languages: Python, React, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
• You care about product ownership and solving problems for our customers
• You’re passionate about being in a product focused environment where everyone cares deeply about customer impact
