We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented **Business Development Representative (BDR)** with a proven track record in **outbound sales for digital or eCommerce agencies**. If you’ve previously worked in a BDR role for any agency, and are highly skilled in prospecting using **HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator**, we want to hear from you.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate qualified leads for our eCommerce services.
* Identify, contact, and nurture potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
* Leverage tools such as **HubSpot**, **Apollo**, and **LinkedIn Sales Navigator** to build, manage, and optimize lead pipelines.
* Research and understand each prospect's eCommerce challenges to tailor your outreach effectively.
* Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach strategies.
* Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline reporting, and contact records within our CRM.
* Help qualify leads and set meetings for the senior sales team.
✅ **What We’re Looking For:**
* **1–3 years of experience** as a BDR or SDR in an **eCommerce or digital agency setting** (not SaaS/software).
* Strong understanding of outbound sales best practices and prospecting techniques.
* Hands-on experience with **HubSpot**, **Apollo**, and **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Confident in outreach, follow-up, and objection handling.
* Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a focus on consistency.
#### **Bonus Points:**
* Familiarity with the eCommerce ecosystem (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, etc.).
* Experience selling to DTC brands or online retailers.
