Job Title: Event Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community events. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating those into actionable plans that ensure successful event execution .
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion within budget and timeline.
Communicate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements.
Research and select venues, suppliers, and vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
Develop detailed event agendas, timelines, and logistical plans to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee on-site event management, including setup, execution, and teardown.
Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Qualifications
Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
