*Lead the Company's response to copyright disputes including: researching facts and relevant law, drafting responses to demands, negotiating resolutions with opposing parties, and drafting settlement agreements. *Serve as primary point of contact both internally and externally on unfiled disputes or claims, including fact-finding, response drafting responses, and settlement/resolution. *Work closely with and manage outside counsel for filed lawsuits by reviewing pleadings, advising on case strategy, and supporting internal discovery efforts. $140,000—$178,000
