Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and reliable Handy Men to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a diverse range of remodel and construction, demonstrating the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently and effectively. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers are well-maintained, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all.

Responsibilities

• You will be rehabbing/remodeling residential homes and commercial properties.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with installations of new equipment or fixtures as required.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with painting, drywall, and demo work.
• Carpentry is a HUGE PLUS!
• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong skill set in various trades.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
