We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-oriented HR Recruitment Coordinator to lead and grow our system-wide recruitment and sourcing efforts. In this role, you'll help shape the future of care by ensuring our communities attract the best talent – people who share our mission of enriching lives every day.
What You’ll Do:
Lead System-Wide Recruitment Efforts: Collaborate with HR teams across our campuses to ensure smooth and consistent hiring processes.
Be the Face of Talent Acquisition: Actively source candidates, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews across a variety of roles.
Build Strong Talent Pipelines: Cultivate partnerships with high schools, colleges, and CNA/STNA programs to promote Greencroft as a top employer.
Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), analyze recruitment trends, and recommend strategic solutions.
Promote a Unified Recruitment Brand: Ensure our recruitment presence—online and in-person—reflects our core values and mission.
Support Retention & Development: Partner with campus HR Leaders on retention strategies and assist with CNA training and transitional worker programs.
Collaborate & Innovate: Bring a fresh perspective to problem-solving and process improvement, always seeking ways to improve recruitment outcomes.
What You Bring:
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s or HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
3–5 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment.
Strong technical skills with HRIS and databases, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience working with or supporting the needs of older adults is a plus.
A passion for collaboration, organization, and making a difference.
