SeekTeachers is currently looking for an IBDP Business Management teacher to join our client in Shanghai in August 2025. 

Our client was established in 2005 and is an educational organisation authorised by the CIE to offer A Level and IGCSE courses. It has also received its IB World School status few years ago. 

With an experienced international faculty, our client has developed a positive and dynamic corporate culture, one that emphasises close cooperation and support between our local and international staff, along with respect and sensitivity towards all cultures. The school takes the best from Chinese and western cultures to provide opportunities for their students that will allow them to prepare well for life in the West and to enable them to succeed and thrive interntionally. 

The school is currently looking for an IBDP Business Management teacher to join them in the next academic year. 

Requirements to apply: 

- Bachelor degree in a relevant subject 

- A valid teaching qualification

- Have a min of two years of teaching experience 

- A Level/IBDP experience is highly desirable 

- International teaching experience is desirable

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Experience:

2 Years

Type of Staff:

Male or Female can apply to this job

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)

Must be a native speaker of English

Prefer candidates with international experience

Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted

Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted

Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 25,000 up to 35,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)per month based on experience and qualification, 15-25 % Tax is applied

Housing:

Housing allowance of 4,000RMB   CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided

Flights:

CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) Allowance is provided

Bereavement Leave:

Bereavement leave given

Emergency Evacuation:

Emergency evacuation given

Contract Length:

2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
