**Hiring Maintenance Technicians** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician II, you will use your skills to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. In addition to developing your skills, you will mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles. **Responsibilities** + Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. + Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation. + Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more. + Maintain positive working relationships across all of the Operations facility. + Track and store department inventory. + Move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. **Work Environment** The physical demands include the ability to reach arms above head, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, and frequently lift a maximum of 50 lbs. of equipment. The role involves wearing a mask, face shield, and composite toed boots. The job requires movement between departments, floors, and properties, including walking 6 to 12 miles per day. The work environment has fluctuating temperatures, and tasks are performed at a computer or stand-up desk for 1-2 hours per day. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Hollister, California.
