Job Title: Order Picker – 3rd Shift

Location: Tulsa, OK

Shift & Pay:

• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays (1–3 times per month)
• Pay: $19/hour

Position Summary:

The Order Picker – 3rd Shift is responsible for high-volume material picking from gravity flow racking using a Yale order picker. This role requires accuracy, speed, and attention to detail in retrieving products for staging, kitting, and order fulfillment. The position involves frequent use of RF scanners to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth workflow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Yale order picker to retrieve materials from gravity flow racking.
• Accurately pick, scan, and stage products according to order requirements.
• Follow pick lists and production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accuracy when using RF scanners for tracking and inventory updates.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist in restocking and organizing racking as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating an order picker (Yale experience preferred).
• Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Consistent punctuality and a strong work ethic.
