**Advanced Therapy Solutions** , a part of **Sevita** , is a trusted provider of pediatric therapy services throughout Arizona. We offer occupational, physical, and speech therapy to children from birth through age 21 in outpatient and home health settings. We're passionate about helping children and their families achieve meaningful goals-and we're growing!
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Marketing Representative** to support growth in referrals and brand presence in the Gilbert, Chandler, and Casa Grande areas. In this role, you'll build strong referral relationships, perform developmental screenings in the community, and support marketing initiatives that help expand access to our pediatric therapy services. If you're passionate about connecting people to care and have experience in healthcare marketing, this could be the perfect opportunity.
+ Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and community partners to increase referral sources.
+ Visit local facilities, daycares, and preschools to conduct **developmental screenings** and generate new referrals.
+ Collaborate with operations teams to assess potential client eligibility (clinical and financial).
+ Support families during the pre-admission process, maintaining clear and compassionate communication.
+ Develop and implement local business development strategies in assigned markets.
+ Assist in the creation and execution of marketing plans aligned with facility goals.
+ Ensure that company branding and image standards are upheld in all external communications.
+ Participate in rebranding activities for new acquisitions or service expansion.
**_Qualifications:_**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (required).
+ Preferred: Minimum 2 years of marketing or business development experience in the healthcare or pediatric therapy industry.
+ Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation-position requires regular travel between service areas.
