Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of the daily activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking skills and a passion for helping others succeed. As a Personal Assistant, you will serve as a crucial point of contact between our executives and various internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle correspondence, communications, and documentation on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items post-meeting.
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, and projects.
  • Organize events, conferences, and team-building activities as required.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in finding solutions.
