A newly established UHNW family office is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and grounded Personal Assistant to join their household operations at an exciting foundational stage. Our client is looking for someone aligned with their lifestyle to help bring clarity, structure, and focus to their evolving world.

The Role: Personal Assistant

The City: Austin, TX (Onsite)

The Money: 150k - 160k base

The Principals: Spiritual. Direct. Visionary. Artistic.

The Ideal Candidate: Self-starter. Intuitive. Discreet. Loyal.

The Day-to-Day:

• Manage the Principals' time and keep them accountable
• Oversee household staff and schedules
• Provide high-level calendaring and travel coordination
• Be attuned to the family's lifestyle and values
• Management for both household and business related projects
