The Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our client's team in Columbia, MD. This is a full-time, entry-level position offering an exciting opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer and sustain critical mission-related software and systems. You will be immersed in the latest technologies and have opportunities for personalized training and growth within a supportive team of brilliant engineers. Base salaries range from 70k-130k with full benefits, a hybrid schedule and potential for a sign-on bonus.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field) or 5 years of relevant experience without a degree.
Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with strong communication skills.
Required Key Skills:
-Kubernetes, Docker, Docker-compose, Helm, Git, Gitlab, Gitlab runners, Rancher, and Linux command line tools.
Desired Skills:
-Experience with Dockerized microservice architecture and AWS Tools such as CloudFormation, EC2 instances, S3, ECS, EKS, and DynamoDB.
Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizenship and an active or reinstatable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is REQUIRED (no clearance upgrades or CCAs, uncleared or under-cleared applicants will not receive a response).
