Summary

The qualified candidate will be responsible for assisting providers working within the provider portal and its multiple applications, such as Pin, Password resets, creating new accounts, etc. Responsibilities may change as directed by supervisor depending on the need.

Your role in our mission

This is an important position in Gainwell’s commitment to helping clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.

  • Hours are 8am-5pm (Monday thru Friday)
  • Answer calls from Providers assisting with the many different applications within the Provider Portal
  • Provide friendly telephone and general technical support to the provider community assisting them with portal access, username/password resets and maneuvering through the different applications within the portal.
  • Ensure the providers computer is compatible with our application and walk them through any computer compatibility changes as needed
  • Handles company confidential data according to policy and guidelines
  • Adheres to existing policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Outstanding customer service with help desk/call center background a plus
  • Must be able to use a computer proficiently
  • Ability to demonstrate good oral, written and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, peers and support partners
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple computer applications
  • Good internet service is required for all positions
  • Bilingual a plus but not required

What you should expect in this role

  • On-site training at Oklahoma City, OK
  • Remote option after 2 weeks of training
  • Hybrid after training unless otherwise specified by your supervisor
  • Qualified candidates may be contacted by our recruiting center located in Florida

The pay range for this position is $28,500.00 - $40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
