Job Description

Do you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and spotting great opportunities? We're hiring a Real Estate Leads Manager to join our fast-paced Real Estate Wholesaling team! You'll be the first point of contact for potential sellers, guiding them through the selling process and keeping communication smooth within the team. Compensation: Hourly pay + commissions on closed deals. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities:

  • Connect with new leads in our CRM through calls and texts.
  • Develop relationships and build trust with potential sellers.
  • Assess and qualify leads using predefined criteria.
  • Assist sellers throughout the sales process.
  • Spot and capitalize on potential deal opportunities.
  • Keep open communication and nurture lead relationships over time.

  • A strong communicator who thrives on building relationships.
  • Persistent and able to overcome obstacles with ease.
