Job Description
Job Summary (Recruiting Coordinator):
- Provide recruitment support to recruiters, including scheduling a high volume of interviews and managing related logistics (conference rooms/video calls, confirmations, planner invites, etc.).
- Prepare employment contracts for US, Canada, and Latin America, ensuring compliance with varied legal requirements.
- Process internal employee transfers.
- Support onboarding processes and conduct pre-hire checks, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (Workday) and other relevant trackers with up-to-date information.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new hires during the post-offer, pre-hire process to ensure readiness for start date.
- Assess and deliver solutions to support core HR processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop strong partnerships with internal teams (Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, Talent Management, D&I, Legal, Finance, etc.) for issue resolution and risk mitigation.
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects as assigned.
- Utilize strong attention to detail and operational excellence in all tasks.
- Build effective, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and influence various audiences, adapting messaging as needed.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint proficiently; Workday experience is a plus.
- Requires BA/BS degree; HR certifications/coursework preferred but not required.
