*This position is eligible for commission on top of the posted starting base pay.*

Position Summary:
To meet or exceed sales quotas by selling approved products at optimal prices while providing exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience to drive company sales and profitability.

Essential Job Functions:

• Actively pursue customer sales in the assigned area(s) and selected customer accounts, and to open new accounts.
• Respond to bid requests promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Provide any required records/paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist in the collection of monies from delinquent accounts that are assigned to you.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned while actively participating in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills, knowledge, and professional growth.
• Showroom/retail work hours is a requirement of this position.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma required.
• College degree preferred.

Experience:

• 3 years of previous outside direct sales experience required.
• Commercial kitchen equipment and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Auto Quotes knowledge and use. Excel, Windows, and Google Workspace helpful.
• Bilingual/Spanish is required for this position.

Base salary and commission eligible. Monday - Friday 8AM - 5AM. This is a sales, salaried exempt position. Benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, and 401(k) matching.
