At Master Electronics , people come first, and that means safety comes first. Based at our Phoenix headquarters, this role oversees safety at all our U.S. locations. You’ll be at the center of protecting our teams, supporting our facilities, and ensuring every employee goes home safe at the end of the day.
Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000
What you will do?:Lead safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to keep operations secure
Protect people, facilities, and assets through strong security protocols
Partner with law enforcement and external security experts as situations demand
Drive effective loss prevention strategies to minimize risk and reduce incidents
Take ownership of incident investigations and corrective actions
Provide accurate, timely reporting that supports compliance and accountability
Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, findings, and follow-through
Oversee surveillance systems—ensuring installation, performance, and monitoring stay sharp
Stay alert to cameras, alarms, and detection systems to identify issues early
Build and maintain emergency response and crisis management plans that work in real life
Run drills and training so employees are confident and ready when it counts
Foster a culture where safety and vigilance are shared responsibilities
Work closely with HR, Facilities, and other teams to align on safety and security goals
Lead, coach, and develop a professional safety and security team
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Security Management, or related field preferred but not required
2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, safety, security, or loss prevention preferred but not required
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance standards
Forklift or Joey certification preferred
Professional certifications in safety or loss prevention programs a plus
Proven background in safety, security, or loss prevention roles
In-depth knowledge of safety and security regulations and best practices
Strong analytical skills with a solutions-driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
