• Respond to customer inquiries as to orders, pricing, scheduling, delivery dates, and packaging.
• Resolve problems promptly
• Collaborate with appropriate division or departments to investigate and resolve complex customer concerns in a timely manner
• Support personnel in picking, packaging, shipping orders, and cycle counting as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and Boeing suppliers to achieve on time shipment of goods and escalation of deliveries, where appropriate.
• Participate and support the RCA/QRQC processes with respect to customer complaints, inventory adjustments, and process failures, etc.
• Accurately prepare orders and paperwork for shipping
• Liaison with Safran Landing Systems, collaborating with appropriate personnel to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain comprehensive and current customer information including shipping, special handling and import/export details.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of operating procedures; Work with personnel to make improvements
• Logistics back up: Prepare shipping documents and coordinate the freight carriers with shipping/receiving
• Identify root causes and resolution to spares warehouse operations anomalies related to process, quality and productivity
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of operating procedures; Work with personnel to make improvements
• Submit and support continuous improvement ideas to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost (KPI)
• Maintain organized and safe working environment within the warehouse, shipping and receiving areas through periodic 5S, safety audits and daily stewardship.
• Perform other related duties as required

• Perform duties requiring kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 20 pounds periodically
• Subjected to inside environmental conditions, noise, vibration, oils and other related industrial hazards

Experience/Education/Certification Required

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
