Job Description
**Duration: 12 Month w2 contract**
**Location: Sunnyvale, CA (100% onsite)**
**Note:**
+ This position is ideal for early-career professionals. Candidates with extensive academic research experience may be overqualified eg: PhD, PostDocs.

**Overview** :
+ Responsible for synthesizing functionalized resins for column production.
+ Follow manufacturing protocols for resin synthesis.
+ Identify and report production issues; propose solutions.
+ Communicate effectively with production staff and cross-functional teams.
+ Contribute to process improvement initiatives (PPI, 5S, JDI, Safety).
**Minimum Qualifications (must have):**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or related field.
+ 0-1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Hands-on experience with polymer chemistry.
+ Familiarity with chromatography systems and software (H/UPLC).
+ Ability to analyze resin properties (size distribution, surface area).
+ Proficient in standard chemistry techniques and Microsoft Office tools.
