Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations.

One of our clients is a technology start-up providing data acquisition, analytics, and reporting solutions for investors and asset services.

In this context, we are looking for a Senior Data Scientistto join the team and contribute to the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.

The project involves a software platform that leverages machine intelligence techniques, including LLMs, NLP, and machine vision, to automate the extraction and processing of unstructured and semi-structured data, transforming it into actionable insights for private market participants.

Your Missions:

• Develop and bring new AI technologies to production, focusing on LLM-based solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and containerized microservices for model deployment.
• Work with engineering and product teams to bring commercial solutions to production for clients.
• Ensure best practices in software engineering, including testing, observability, and production monitoring.
• Support the organization in meeting its information security obligations by considering and managing information security risks.

Your Qualifications:

• An Engineering, Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience in a quantitative discipline.
• More than 5 years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent proficiency in Python and experience in developing machine learning and data engineering solutions.
• Strong understanding of RAG pipelines and deploying LLM-based solutions is advantageous.
• Experience in cloud-native architectures, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of microservices and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
