Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Setup Operations Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team in the US for a temporary role. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Manage payroll implementations, including coordinating data collection from existing payroll providers.
Identify areas of improvement in the implementation process and tools, helping optimize workflows.
Contribute to cross-functional payroll initiatives, working closely with various teams to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

1+ year of payroll experience (preferred).
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and G Suite.

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines, while maintaining quality and quantity of work.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A customer-focused mindset with a natural desire to help others.
Comfort working in highly cross-functional environments and collaborating with teams like Sales, Risk, Partner Success, and R&D.
A true team player who enjoys working with others.
