Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Technical Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering technical solutions in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) modules. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring the stability, performance, and efficiency of FICO-related systems and interfaces. Looking for overall 12+ years profile. Should come from Pharma or Pharma manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement SAP FICO technical solutions.
• Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and support custom reports, enhancements, user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution integration.
• Manage and optimize FICO-related data flows and integration points with other SAP and non-SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PS).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Participate in SAP upgrades, system patches, performance tuning, and system migrations.
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, specifically in the FICO module.
• Strong understanding of FICO module architecture and business processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, etc.).
• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including ALV reports, BDC, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, and Enhancements.
• Experience with SAP FICO integrations and interface technologies (IDocs, RFCs, PI/PO, Web Services).
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in FICO or Technical Development.
• Experience in S/4HANA Finance migration projects.
• Exposure to FIORI apps and SAP UI5 enhancements.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
