**Responsibilities for a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster include but are not limited to:**
+ Analyze and process complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims
+ Manage high-exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation
+ Calculate and assign timely/appropriate reserves; manage payments, settlements, and state filings
+ Coordinate litigation, vendor referrals, and cost containment efforts
**Candidates for Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster must meet the following requirements to be considered:**
+ SIP (Self-Insurance Plan) certification is **mandatory**
+ 5+ years of workers' compensation claims management experience preferred
+ Strong skills in analysis, negotiation, and claims resolution
+ Must be located in California - position is **onsite or remote within the state**

**Pay Details:** $50.00 per hour
